Founder, Richard W. Harmer is a recognized leader in corporate communications, crisis and media strategies. With nearly twenty years of experience working with corporations, celebrities, professional sports teams and nonprofits he has seen the good, the bad and everything in between.
Richard has provided advice, counsel and developed and implemented strategic communications programs for dozens of companies, including high profile athletes, celebrities and politicians – both on routine and sensitive matters. In politics, he has worked with Texas Supreme Court Justice Debra Lehrmann, strategic advisor to a presidential candidate to name a few. He has worked with some of the largest ministries in the world, professional sports franchises such as the Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks, numerous athletes, CEOs, Senior Pastors, Business owners and many others. His work has included healthcare, legal, religion, products, financial technology firms, towns and more. Some of Richard’s most notable cases have dominated the headlines, yet some of the cases are never heard about – just as equally notable. Much of his work is keeping his clients out of the media (social and traditional) and off the Internet.
